A professional truffle hunter, accompanied by his trusted dog, will walk you through the traditions, challenges and tricks for finding this elusive, world-renowned delicacy. Following the hunt, you will visit Truffeland, Italy's leading tartufaia, where you will learn about the science of truffle cultivation. Finally, at the Urbani Academy, you will experience the flavours of the black winter truffle through a structured gourmet tasting, where you will learn the ins and outs of truffle food pairings. Upon request, a member of the Urbani family will accompany you through the journey.
