Royal Food Caviar is an Italian company that produces a caviar considered in the World of absolute excellence, of extreme luxury and extraordinary value owned by Carlo Dalla Rosa and his wife Nancy D’Aiuto.

Two complementary souls that of Carlo Dalla Rosa and Nancy D’Aiuto, who over time, combining passion and the desire to get involved, have given life to their Companies. Carlo, a PhD in Animal Production Sciences and specialized in Fish Farming, began working as a manager of a trout farm and thanks to this experience, with a vision projected into the future, he developed the idea of ​​dedicating himself to an ambitious project, namely breeding sturgeons.

Since the early 90s and in the space of a few years, Carlo's dream has come true, consolidated and started to bear its first fruits through the creation (transforming a former trout farm dating back to the 1960s) on a surface of over 10 hectares in the Province of Brescia in Calvisano, of a 1 km long plant with 80 external tanks and 75 covered ones. Carlo Dalla Rosa has become one of the greatest experts in sturgeon farming, not only in Italy, and follows the entire production process with rigor and great passion, always paying great attention to the environment in which the sturgeons live.
